It is a special wine. It is not a variety, but a style. In Casillero del Diablo we took some Shiraz red grapes and we treated them as white wine. That is how we obtained attractive strawberry, raspberry and cherry notes with flavors of blackberries and plum. A fresh wine very close to the red wines.

Color: Intense strawberry color with bright purple hints

Aroma: Deep aromas of red berries, blackberries and wild raspberries and marked by spicy flavors

Taste: The pleasant acidity and intense body is maintained on the palate for a good time, accompanied by remarkable blackberry and fresh plums

Food Pairing: It is very easy to drink on its own or joined with light dishes specially grilled tuna. White cheeses with good acidity such as mozzarella match this wine very well
